AAJA’s VOICES Faculty Mentor (2021 cohort): Co-managed a team of college journalists for a three-month features reporting project

ICFJ & Microsoft News Labs Reporting Grant in Immersive Storytelling (2019): Program awards four grants to alumni of ICFJ programs for projects presented with immersive technology. I provided and advised best practices to one mentee, with a focus on how to utilize an array of digital platforms.
AAJA Conference Planning Committee (2021): I was a planning committee member, vetting programming pitches for our 2021 virtual conference
Crisis Text Line (2020 - present): Volunteer crisis counselor providing real-time text support for individuals in heightened mental or emotional states through reflective listening, collaborative problem solving, and safety planning
